Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items purchased from Bropso must be returned in perfect and unused condition, free of deterioration, stains, smell, or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging, including all labels and any items included as part of the packaging.
You must request the exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note: the shipping costs of the initial order will not be refunded.
For exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including sending the item back to us and the cost of sending the new item.
If the requested size is out of stock, we will issue store credit for the item value.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Refunds are only eligible if:
• The item arrived defective
• You received the wrong product
In these cases, Bropso will cover all return shipping costs.

MONTHLY DROPS & SALES POLICY
This applies to all limited drops and items on sale.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS.
Due to our limited-quantity business model, items cannot be restocked once sold out.
If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery or refusal to pay customs fees, the customer must pay for the shipping cost if they want the package resent.
INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping costs.
Shipping costs from the original order are not refundable.
