This website is operated by Bropso. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Orders
1.1 Product colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Packaging may differ.
1.2 You must be legally able to enter a contract (usually 18+).
1.3 By placing an order, you accept these Terms.
1.4 You may receive an order acknowledgement email. This is not acceptance.
Your order is accepted only when you receive a shipping confirmation email.
1.5 If we cannot fulfil your order (stock issues, payment errors, pricing mistakes), we will notify you and refund any affected items.
2. Prices
2.1 Prices are displayed on our website. Although we aim for accuracy, errors may occur.
2.2 Prices are shown in your region’s currency.
2.3 Delivery costs are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment is taken at the time of order.
3.2 Accepted payment methods appear at checkout.
3.3 Discount codes or gift cards may include additional terms.
4. Delivery
4.1 Orders may arrive in separate shipments.
4.2 Delivery times and costs are shown in our Shipping Policy.
4.3 Some orders may require a signature.
4.4 If delivery fails due to an incomplete or incorrect address and the parcel is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
4.5 Once delivered to the address provided, the products become your responsibility.
4.6 Ownership passes to you once full payment is received.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
5.1 Exchanges (Size Change)
We accept exchanges for a different size within 14 days if the item is:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition with tags and packaging
The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping and the reshipment of the new size.
If the requested size is out of stock, we provide store credit.
5.2 Refunds for Faulty Items
Refunds are only issued if:
• The item is faulty, or
• You received the wrong item
In these cases, Bropso covers return shipping costs.
5.3 No “Change of Mind” Returns
Because we produce limited-quantity items, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
5.4 UK/EU Cancellation Rights
If required by local consumer law, UK/EU customers may have 14 days to cancel their order.
This right does not apply to:
• Limited-edition items once shipped
• Customised goods
• Items not returned in original condition
Any required returns must be sent within 14 days of cancellation notice.
6. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as strikes, courier delays, extreme weather, or utility failures.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, products, images, and content on this site belong to Bropso.
Unauthorised use is prohibited.

10. Legal Terms
10.1 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
10.2 We may transfer our rights/obligations to another entity if needed.
10.3 These Terms apply only between you (the customer) and Bropso.
10.4 If any clause is found invalid, the rest remain in force.
10.5 Failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver of our rights.
10.6 These Terms are governed by UK law.
10.7 Any disputes are handled by UK courts unless local consumer protections require otherwise.
