At Bropso, we work with limited drops and small-batch production.
Our team prepares every order with care to ensure quality and accuracy.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume periods (new drops or restocks), processing times may extend slightly.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping Times
United Kingdom
• Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
Europe
• Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
• Express Delivery: 3–5 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on the courier, holidays, weather or unexpected delays outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
We always ship orders in the order they are received.
Customs & Import Fees
If your order is shipped outside the UK, your country may charge import duties or customs taxes.
These fees are:
• Not included in your order total
• Charged by your local customs authority
• The full responsibility of the customer
If you refuse to pay customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, no refund will be issued, and the customer must pay the return shipping cost.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, and it is returned to us:
• The customer is responsible for paying the reshipping cost.
Please double-check your address at checkout.
Exchanges
If you need a size exchange, see our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping and the shipping of the new size.
Lost, Delayed or Stolen Parcels
Once the courier marks the package as Delivered, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
If your package is delayed or tracking seems stuck, contact us, we will help you open a case with the courier.
